New Workshop Series: The Foundations of Flow
Find Your Flow Workshop - Saturday, May 24 - Aveiro, Portugal
I'm so excited to be offering my first in-person workshop with Flow Coach, Rui Paulo - in beautiful Aveiro, Portugal.
It will be the first in a series of workshops about flow, and while it is inspired by my years of book coaching this workshop isn't just for writers!
It's for anyone ready to reclaim their creative power—whether that means stepping out of overwhelm, shaping your next steps with clarity, or reconnecting with a deeper sense of purpose. It’s also for coaches and wellbeing practitioners who want to embody and share the energy of flow more fully.
Through a mix of meditation, movement, guided writing, creative projects and rich group discussion, you’ll explore:
- The difference between figuring it out and flowing through it
- How to access flow as a felt, embodied experience
- Tools and play to help you flow in daily life—body, heart, and mind
- Ways to direct flow toward purposeful creation and aligned action
You’ll leave with a deeper sense of inner alignment, practical ways to re-enter flow when life pulls you out, and a renewed connection to what you’re here to create. And a few more gifts and surprises too!
Where we'll meet and what you'll eat!
We've got your covered for the whole day!
We will meet from 10 am - 4 pm in a gorgeous studio space inside of Fisio-ser clinic*, a leading health clinic in Aveiro and just steps away from the train and bus station.
Food and coffee breaks will be covered for the day along with your stationary and few other fun surprises. All you need to do is dress comfortably and get ready to flow.
A beautiful buffet lunch has been donated by Saladas Mais - a restaurant known for their fresh, healthy and delicious food creations with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
Cost is donation based with suggested pricing:
1. Base Option: € 55 (covers your cost)
2. Angel Option: € 70+ (adds €15 to Scholarship Fund)
3. Scholarship Option: Contact us if you need financial assistance to attend. We can make it work!
